Zucchini Pizza Bites made with Chateau marinara and Daiya - so easy and quick. Just lay down some parchment paper, bake the zucchini for about 6 minutes on 350, then add the sauce and go for another four. So good!

Brilliant!

We made the last of our pizzas yesterday. We also put half a packet of daiya cheese on it. So. Much. Yum.

It’s raining Daiya!

Vegan Veggie PizzaAhhh yes. Vegan veggie pizza with two types of Daiya cheese (mozzarella and cheddar), onions, peppers, garlic and tomatoes. My bread maker makes the dough for the crust, but I still take time to knead it for awhile, as it feel it gives the final crust a better consistency. Maybe some day I’ll be able to throw the crust into the air and spin it!

It’s good to have pizza goals!
